The Right Questions Unlock God’s Power
Today’s Meditation:
John 9:3-5 (MSG)
“Jesus said, ‘You’re asking the wrong question. You’re looking for someone to blame. There is no such cause-effect here. Look instead for what God can do. We need to be energetically at work for the One who sent me here, working while the sun shines. When night falls, the workday is over. For as long as I am in the world, there is plenty of light. I am the world’s Light.’”
Reflection:
Previously, we learned that activating God’s power requires turning His potential in Christ into kinetic power. This happens when we ask the right questions. The disciples, focused on blame, missed the real opportunity to witness God’s power in action. If we desire to see His power in our lives, we must stop asking the wrong questions and avoid playing the blame game. Many people blame their parents, friends, family, or even those who failed to help them. But blaming does not release power—asking the right questions does!
Encouragement:
David’s men at Ziklag were consumed by sorrow and blame, yet David sought the right question through Abiathar the priest and the Ephod. Instead of dwelling in despair, God’s power was revealed, leading to total recovery. Friends, refuse to remain in the cycle of blame. Like the blind man at the pool of Bethesda, rise up and take hold of God’s power through the help of the Holy Spirit. Your moment of overtaking and total restoration is near!
Until we meet again, keep asking the right questions and win with Christ Jesus.
Prayer Points:
- Heavenly Father, from today, I refuse to give room for wrong questions.
- Heavenly Father, I receive grace to pursue, overtake, and recover all through Your power working in me.
- I declare: I am unstoppable from this day forward because I have the power of Christ as my divine advantage.
